The villa offers 180 m² of living space across two levels, accommodating up to 10 guests, plus 2 infants.
You'll enjoy four comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite, and generous shared spaces such as a bright living room, open-plan kitchen, and winter garden.
Outside, a private terrace, heated pool (open April–November), and barbecue area invite you to dine al fresco with a view of the golf fairway. The home is fully equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi, and laundry appliances.

- High season (July–August): €3,290/week
- Mid-season (Apr–Jun, Sep–Nov, Xmas): €360/night (min. 3 nights)
- Low season: €260/night (min. 3 nights)
- Mandatory cleaning and linen fee: €200
- Security deposit: €1,000 (refunded 5 days after departure)
Booking includes linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and end-of-stay cleaning. A 30% deposit is required at reservation.
